Perhaps some loyal Bubblews members who are still getting paid will not believe what I have to say here. Some say that the two founders of Bubblews, Arvind Dixit and Jason Zucchari had appeared on at least two television interviews and therefore it’s impossible that they suddenly want to close down the Revenue Program but I have proof that they’re planning to ultimately and eventually suspend or stop their Revenue Program
New Terms of Service Announced
On Aug 12th,2014, one of Bubblews administrators, BubblewsSupport2 put out a post titled Update:New Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You have to click on the
link in his post to bring you to the new Terms of Service (TOS) and Privacy Policy. I did and what I read in the new TOS had me convinced that Bubblews is planning to stop paying their members.New clause in the TOS
Under the Compensation Policy for Revenue Program, it is stated in Clause #2 that “Bubbles is constantly changing and improving the Site and Revenue Program. We may add or remove functionalities or features of the Revenue Program at any time, and we may suspend or stop the Revenue Program altogether.”
Notice that the part about “…suspend or stop the Revenue Program altogether” is placed right at the end of the clause. Because many people don’t really read TOS word for word which I think is what Bubblews is counting on. People will only be aware of the “…changing and improving..” part but won’t get to reading the “…suspend or stop…”
I don’t know about you but for me, this is proof enough that Bubblews will one day stop their Revenue Program. If they don't have plans to stop their Revenue Program, why should they include that in their TOS? I don't think any other paid to write website has this clause in their TOS.
As it is, if you go to BubblewsSupport2 post, you’ll find many already complaining about
non-payment. This is just the beginning. The writing is on the wall. And I won’t be surprised if Bubblews suddenly announce the end of their Revenue ProgramIs Bubblews Just a Scam?
I know Bubblews is turning out to be more and more of a scam. Right now, the two owners already received US$3 million in venture capital. They can split that amount and get new faces for themselves (thanks to plastic surgery) and migrate to a country where there’s no extradition treaty with the US, like to Brazil or Argentina.
BubblewsMemberSupport seems to be someone they recruited from among the many Bubblews members and he’s the one who’s going to have to deal with all the anger from members while the two owners enjoy themselves with the millions that they had made.
My Suggestion for Bubblews Members
My suggestion is if you’re one of those who are still getting paid, squeeze the milk while the cow is still giving out milk. If you’re in the same position as I am and are not getting paid, bail out now. Don’t bother waiting for that delayed redemption. It will not come. But then, who knows? It might come too. Bubblews is so unpredictable. They pay who they want to and not pay when they want to. Just hope that luck is on your side. But don’t spend any more time on the website than is necessary.
